Our House Build - Visiting Display Villages

We visited two display villages in Geelong (highly recommend both Warralilly coast and Armstrong Creek estates to anyone considering building!), as well as two in Ballarat, one in Bendigo, one in Point Cook, one in Werribee and another in Williams Landing. Allow yourself a day each for Warralilly and Armstrong Creek, you can however do both of Ballarat's villages in a day, similarly Bendigo is a half day. Werribee/Point Cook and Williams Landing we did in a day - although possibly because we'd already thoroughly been through the two Geelong based ones and didn't dwell too long on bedrooms, double story houses or the likes.

Some photos I saved with ideas (design, finishes, colours, lights, architecture) I liked, or surfaces I liked are attached here, in no order.

There were some stand-out properties among this lot, however many of the builders don't service Warrnambool; so most of the designs we really loved weren't able to be used for our project.

We didn't find any homes that spoke to us from the volume builders who service Warrnambool.
